operates the mobile application/website www.elysianearth.in (the “Platform”) through which it facilitates the sale of products including furniture, décor, kitchen & dining, bedding, bath, lighting, rugs and other home & lifestyle products (collectively, “Products”) to users of the Platform (“User”, “you”, or “your”).
1.2 This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”), together with our Terms and any Additional Terms, governs your use of the Platform and describes our policies and procedures on collection, use, disclosure, processing, transfer and storage of information provided to us by you. By using, browsing, accessing, or purchasing from the Platform you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, storage, handling, sharing, disclosure or transfer of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
