Return & Refund Policy

At Elysian Earth, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to make it right with our 30 Days Return Policy — because your satisfaction means everything to us.

1. Easy 30-Day Return Policy

You can return most products purchased from Elysian Earth within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, or email confirmation) must be presented.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery via our support channel or dashboard once your account is active.

Note: Personalized, made-to-order, or clearance/sale items are not eligible for return unless received damaged or defective.

2. Return Process

Initiate a Return

Email us at elysianearth.com or log in to your Elysian Earth account to request a return. Please include your order ID, product details, and reason for return.

Approval & Pickup

Once your return request is approved, our logistics partner will contact you to schedule a pickup from your delivery address. Ensure that the product is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

Quality Check & Confirmation

After we receive the returned item at our warehouse, it undergoes a quality inspection. Upon successful verification, we will notify you via email/SMS about the refund or replacement status.

3. Refunds

Once your return is approved after inspection:

  • Prepaid Orders: The refund will be processed to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, or wallet) within 7–10 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI, as per your preference, within 10–12 business days after we receive your bank details.
  • In case of partial returns, the refund will be issued only for the returned item(s).

Note: Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway. We will notify you once your refund is initiated.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for another size, color, or variant:

  • The request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the replacement item is unavailable, we will process a full refund instead.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at elysianearth.com with photographs or videos clearly showing the issue.
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
  • Please retain original packaging until the issue is resolved.

6. Non-Returnable Products

The following categories are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Custom-made, monogrammed, or personalized items.
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable.”
  • Items used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not permitted. You may, however, initiate a return after delivery as per this policy.

8. Important Notes

  • Returns will be accepted only through our authorized logistics partners.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the policy conditions or show signs of misuse.
  • In case of repeated returns or abuse of our return policy, Elysian Earth reserves the right to suspend or refuse future transactions.
